  1. This is beautiful and thank you for sharing it with me. I definitely know the mind can be a really scary place sometimes and it's not like you can escape it, exactly! Keep on doing your great work - YOU ARE DOING GREAT - and you're on the right path.

  2. I am on my own journey of healing, love, and acceptance. My mother just told me yesterday that I've been a bitch since the day I was born and that I should kiss and lick my father's ass. Literally her words - this is the woman who raised me. She's mad @ me for not holding a grudge against my alcoholic father for things he did 30 years ago.

Not saying my journey is like yours, but I'm on one, too, nonetheless! And as we heal and grow, we can help others to do the same.

    Keep on shining your light!

    1. Greetings, I just finished reading,I love how you structured your thoughts , well done, a consummated journey of how, what, when and why to assuage the curiosity of those who love you, yet, didn't or couldn't quite understand the depth of your decision. I fully understand , people often assess our trauma through their experiences as if all sizes fit or one size fits all. In reality, every creation is unique and worthy. Sometimes we have to go in dark places in order to develope empathy and compassion for those who will become dependants of our experience, knowledge and wisdom. I believe we are all tested , I learned quite a bit about myself being apart of my family business and why it was apart of my destiny. You let us in just enough to know this was not a random helter-skelter rampage! I totally understand the pangs of congestive family issues that seems to linger , usually because the resolve hasn't been implemented because all the players are yet to understand the roles they play in correcting and healing what ails that which warps the wound. They haven't stepped outside the box with the objective of inducing a healthy healing balm to the heart and quite frankly that means challenging oneself to look within with determination to have a win win for the sake of being victorious . Respect that you have the wear all to break it down so that you can withstand the necessity and importance of your trials and why the people that are your base, the faithful friends rooting you on , many not knowing your past but know you are a beautiful woman with a compassionate spirit, that speaks volumes! Love you much , I believe in you.

PTSD is very hard to overcome but I find that with a loving support system or if you don’t have that someone special that you can talk with because it can take you down a deep rabbit 🐇 hole 🕳️ in I’ve been there to often. I find that recognizing my triggers and recognizing that there is a problem is some what of a start… i could go on in on in even come off as rambling when it comes to this so I’ll end it here Sister girl on this journey called life let’s help each other and you beautiful soul have done that for me. Keep ✨

We're not in LA N-E-More XII

My phone is fixed! It was broke for about two weeks, I kinda broke it myself out of frustration & it was right before Christmas. So that meant no Christmas, New years or any Holiday pics. I was a little sad at first that I couldn't post on social media but after a while I found peace in enjoying activities & not worrying about pictures or footage. I visited my son for Christmas in Upstate NY for two days, Then I went to visit my God mom for a couple days dropped her off some gifts. I went to visit my God children & my God granddaughter that was fun. My God grand daughter is two years old and my God daughter & God son asked her if she wanted to sing head shoulders, knees & toes. She said no but they decided to sing it anyway to see if she would get into it. She didn't & after they finished the song all enthusiastically this little girl with her little baby voice said " Nobody asked for all that!" My husband & I busted out laughing ...

Surviving LA part II

As the LA housing search continues...      We found ourselves on the streets & out of money for a couple weeks due to the Beverly Hills swindle & the cost of staying in hotels. On day one on the streets, we both worked a night shift and spent the day sleeping in our storage unit, Day 2 was the Santa Monica/Venice beach night, sleeping in our tent & fighting a serious wind till the morning. On day 3 we fought with the wind again more severe in our tent at the Venice Graffiti walls on the beach & lost. We dramatically packed up fighting the wind the whole way & ended up camping not too far away in Penmar park. The good thing about this was that they had a bathroom available.       The hauk was out too that night it was so cold, I thought I was gonna die from hypothermia. I don't even know how I made it through the night. All I know is that I was not prepared for this! The universe carried me into day 4 & we both again worke...
