Eat Healthy Be Happy

 Let's take some time to look at some new food fun ideas mostly made up in my own kitchen, borrowed from a friend or casually taken from a restaurant. If you are not having fun with your food I don't know How U Eating... but I'm eating good! 


 This was a French Vanilla Cappuccino from Kiff Kafe Coffee Shop on Pico Blvd in California. The food is absolutely amazing as well.  I will make sure to highlight it in the next food blog. 


Fried Avocados, Omg they were sooo goooooood! And the sauce, baby the sauce👅 I discovered these at Bru's Wiffle restaurant in Marina Del Rey California. Yes this became my favorite place to eat, as it is close to my job. Gotta love it💗 

This is a Ginger, Mint, Lemon Tea! The best way to start a day. From the same restaurant I mentioned above.

 My own creation Brussel Sprouts, rice & split peas. (secret) It's all in the seasoning👍



Last but not least, Cheddar Cheese Tacos. Made by my roommate. I didn't get to taste them but they looked cool. She laughed in the hallway when I stopped her and asked her for the pic.

A Recovery Love Story

  Thank you Cliff for allowing me to write the love story of you & your Beautiful wife! I found this just tear jerking ❤️        There was a time in my life when my one true love was wine and spirits. I mean I knew drinking wasn't good for me & I played around with the thought of stopping every once in a while, but never enough for anything to stick. I wasn't the AA type of guy, I didn't feel the need to express my problems with a group of people. I didn't think that would be my route to recovery if I ever decided to stop. What I didn't know was that I was right. One day I was driving, on my way to take myself fishing. I had a 12 pack of Bud Light in my ice chest in the trunk. As I was driving I couldn't wait to pop a can open & feel that cold refreshing taste.      As I drove I passed a church tent revival. I slowed down for no particular reason & laughed to myself.   Remember book reports when we were in school? For some they were a dreaded terrible thing, for others they were fun ways to recall your favorite book and an easy format to tell someone what the book was about.
